The 12-Month Craftsmanship Commitment

We stand behind our discipline. Every Truemark project is backed by our 1-Year Limited Craftsmanship Warranty. Because we build on a "Foundation-First" model, we confidently guarantee our labor and installation through one full Calgary seasonal cycle (summer to winter).

Manufacturer Warranty Handover

We strictly utilize premium materials that carry their own extensive factory warranties. Upon project completion, we provide all documentation directly to you to ensure your product investment remains fully protected.

Site Access & Foundation Engineering (Exterior Builds)

Fixed-price quotes for exterior structures assume standard machinery access (minimum 42-inch gate clearance) for helical pile installation.

For properties with restricted access, we utilize manually excavated, deep-pour concrete footings. Restricted access builds are subject to a manual excavation labor fee, determined during your initial site walkthrough.

Quote Validity & Permitting

Due to market volatility in building materials, all project quotes are valid for exactly 14 days.

Exterior builds are subject to City of Calgary approvals. While Truemark coordinates the necessary trades and applications, the timeline and final approval are dictated by municipal authorities.

Environmental & Existing Conditions

Flooring and leveling estimates are preliminary until existing surfaces are removed.

The 12-Month Craftsmanship Warranty is valid only if the property maintains a consistent indoor humidity level between 30%–45%.

Warranty coverage strictly excludes cracks, shifts, or gaps resulting from the natural settling of the home's foundation or structural movement.
