For nearly 25 years, I have proudly called Calgary home. Throughout my career as a licensed Realtor and project manager, I have guided countless clients through the complexities of property development — from designing high-yield spaces to sourcing premium materials and vetting specialized trades.
However, being deeply embedded in this local real estate market also meant seeing the dark side of the industry. I witnessed too many homeowners and investors fall victim to cut-rate work, hidden prep failures, and contractor chaos.
